Return & Exchange Policy – Japmantra
At Japmantra, we value your trust and aim to deliver premium spiritual products with care and devotion. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a simple and transparent return or exchange process.
🕒 Return Window
All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.
❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The item has been used, altered, or is returned without original packaging.
- The product is damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- The return is requested after 7 days, or the issue is reported after 48 hours.
- The item is listed as non-returnable (e.g. personalized or digital products).
- The purchase was not made directly from Japmantra.
✔️ Return / Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at japmantra.shop@mail.com and include:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days to verify the issue.
If approved:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup, OR
- Provide instructions for returning the item.
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed.
💰 Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 4–5 working days after item inspection.
- Replacements will be sent if stock is available. If not, a full refund will be provided.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
